Tudo excepcional. Comida ótima, bem quente, caipirinha bem feita. Italo e Gabi nos atenderam hoje e foram super eficientes, atenderam nossas demandas e foram super simpáticos. Amazing experience at Adega Gaucha! The food was outstanding, and the service truly made the night unforgettable. Our server, Wagner, went above and beyond. I let him know early on that I eat a lot but really dislike waiting in between servings, especially for red meat. He immediately understood and made sure our table was constantly served without long gaps. Wagner was incredibly attentive, accommodating, and proactive. The meat just kept coming, perfectly cooked and exactly what I wanted. His attention to detail and genuine care for our experience made us feel valued and well taken care of. If you’re coming to Adega Gaucha, ask for Wagner. Excellent service, great food, and a top-tier dining experience from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back! ~ Anthony

We spent six days in Orlando and found Adega Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse through Google — and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The restaurant is very cozy, the food is absolutely delicious, and the entire staff is attentive and professional. The service was outstanding, with great attention to every detail. I would especially like to highlight a server named Rafaela — she was incredibly kind, energetic, warm, and always smiling. Her service truly made our evening special. We enjoyed the food and the atmosphere so much that we didn’t even have time to take photos — everything was simply too good, and we were fully immersed in the experience. We had our company’s end-of-year party at Adega Gaúcha, and it couldn’t have been better! The place has such a warm, classy, and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a celebration or a nice night out. The food was absolutely delicious! The meats were perfectly cooked and full of flavor, and the salad bar was fresh and impressive. A big shoutout to the manager, who was exceptional.. professional, kind, and truly went above and beyond to make sure our group had a perfect experience. And Maju, our server, was just amazing! Super friendly, attentive, and made everyone feel taken care of. We all had an amazing time and left completely happy. Can’t wait to come back! While searching for a place to celebrate my husband's birthday, I discovered Adega Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse, a wonderful Brazilian restaurant in Kissimmee. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed. The staff’s friendliness, attentiveness, and hospitality were exceptional, creating a truly inviting atmosphere. The food was equally impressive. The churrasco experience was outstanding — flavorful, tender, and perfectly cooked. Every dish reflected great attention to detail and quality. Adega Gaucha Brazilian Steakhouse certainly become our new favorite dining destination. I’ve been to many Brazilian steakhouses, and most fall short—especially when it comes to the salad bar. But this place delivered high-quality and amazing options across the board. The salad bar was fresh, well-stocked, and thoughtfully curated—nothing like the usual low-effort selections elsewhere. The steak choices were phenomenal—perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and consistently great with every cut they brought around. The service was excellent—attentive and professional—and the wine selection was impressive, with great pairings for every part of the meal. And the tres leches for dessert? OMG. Que churrascaria maravilhosa. Passei algumas vezes perto e quis voltar e entrar. Acertei. Que almoço… Guarnição fina… Que churrasco…A costela derrete, as carnes mto saborosas, macias, nobres. My wife and I have dined here four times, and every visit has been a perfect 5/5! The atmosphere is fantastic—spotlessly clean and inviting. The food is consistently outstanding, with an impressive buffet variety that never skimps on quality cuts. And the staff truly go above and beyond to elevate your dining experience. On our most recent visit, we asked to try their grilled cheese and guava side, which they had been serving tableside. They were temporarily out, but our server, Italo (huge shout-out!), didn’t forget us. When a fresh batch was ready, he promptly brought it to our table, beautifully presented (see photo), making our date night even more special. This is hands down the best Brazilian steakhouse I have been to. On top of that, there is halal ribeye, filet mignon, New York strip, lamb chops, leg of lamb, flank steak, and a couple of other halal options. When they heard about our halal dietary restrictions, they were more than happy to accommodate and came to us with the meat right away! They even understood we couldn’t have any sauce with wine and were very informed. The steak was delicious. The options on the salad bar was vast and delicious as well. This steakhouse easily tops the big name chains like Texas de Brazil and Fogo de chao.Everyone down from the manager, waitresses, and the men bringing around the meat were exceptionally polite. We are from Ohio but when we return to Orlando this will be our new “spot”. ~ Julia S

Melhor atendimento e comida que eu já tive nos meus 9 anos morando nos Estados Unidos. Raquel, Italo e Angélica foram muito atenciosos nos tratando super bem. O cupim e a costela foram as estrelas do dia mas tudo estava muito bom. Best service and good I had in mine 9 years living in the US. We, my brother & two sisters, had come to Florida to see our brother, Phillip, before he passed away. The day after, we needed to find a restaurant with good food & even better people. Well we found it at Adega. The food was excellent and the staff was incredibly attentive, kind & real. This was one of the best, if not the best, experiences we've every encountered. I will forever be grateful for their kindness when they brought over the desserts and on the fruit plate they wrote, in chocolate, "In Memory of Phillip". After we composed ourselves, we thanked the staff profusely. What an absolutely beautiful thing to do! It was our first time at this restaurant. When the maître d’ found out that it was our anniversary he immediately brought a couple glasses of champagne to the table! What a sweet gesture. Our server, Renata, was very knowledgeable and warm. She took time to explain the menu and answered our questions thoroughly. As we are not big eaters we did not order the full Churrasco experience. We did order the lamb chops with the gourmet table option. Everything was perfect! The choices on the gourmet table exceeded our expectations. Everything was fresh, carefully prepared and delicious. The lamb chops were tender, juicy and flavorful. And we loved the corn Brulé side dish. We were so full that dessert was out of the question. We intend to return with family and friends… ~ Blake M

I got the full churrasco experience with my family, and it was truly excellent. The meats were juicy, full of flavor, varied, and always kept coming. The cold gourmet bar with its wonderful variety of flavors that compliments the meats was a treat on its own. The two members of my family who ordered seared salmon a la carte couldn't be happier. Despite being packed, service was silk smooth and very friendly. Particular recognition for our servers Alejandra, Ricardo and Raul who made our night a joy. The interior was beautiful, the music fun, and people excellent. Adega Gaucha is the best Brazilian Steakhouse I've ever had, and is one of the premier dining experiences in Florida. If you find yourself spending even one day in orlando, it would be a tragedy not to eat there. ~ Joshua F
